Abstract
In this paper, we describe the development of ADEPT, a pioneering project of collaboration in developing clinical leadership training in an apprenticeship model through 1 year out of programme for postgraduate medical trainees in Northern Ireland, involving Northern Ireland Medical and Dental Training Agency, the health and social care Leadership Centre and relevant host organisations.
